If you are having problems signing up, we apologize for the rather unhelpful error messages we currently display. We promise to improve these as quickly as we can. In the meantime, here are some tips if the sign up page won't accept your information:
1) If your email is formatted correctly but it still gives you an error, it may mean we already have your email address in our system (maybe you signed in a long time ago to watch a show). In this case, go to the sign in page and click "Lost password." Then you can reset your password and log in.
2) Be sure to enter a unique name in the "Personal Web Address" field. This name will be part of the URL where friends and family can find your shows online. If it rejects the name you entered it means it is already taken. Try something more unusual or add a number to the end.
3) Passwords must be at least 6 letters.
