We’ve just updated the Roxio PhotoShow desktop software and there are some great new features you don’t want to miss!
If you already have a Premium account, you can download the latest update right here.
You can also update your software from within your current product by clicking the “Check for Updates” option in the help menu.

Add your own music to your PhotoShows
You can now add your own MP3 file as the background music for your PhotoShows. Not only does PhotoShow have over 400 built-in songs to select from, but you can now choose from any MP3 file in your personal music collection. To add your own music, click the Add My Music button on the Music tab. A PhotoShow that uses a custom MP3 file can not be uploaded to Roxio Online but can be exported as a video file or burned to a PhotoShow disc for playback on your living room TV or any set top player!

You’re now in the driver’s seat and can select which photo
you want to represent your PhotoShow on both your member page and in the e-mail
you send when sharing your new creation with friends and family. You can do
this on the arrange tab by clicking the top left corner of the photo you want
as your cover photo.
Recover your photos and videos from old PhotoShows
This feature lets you extract the photos and videos from your
older PhotoShows. Let's say you want to order some prints from a show
which you have featured on your member page. Here's the catch, you’re at work
and you don't have any of the original photos on your work computer. With this
new feature, you can download your PhotoShow and extract its photos to use for print
orders, to create new PhotoShows, and to send individual photos to family and friends! This feature can be found in the file menu.
Just open the PhotoShow and select Extract Photos and Videos.
